The options provided with MAS 90 Error Messages can be used to help troubleshoot problems. The Error Messages' Dialog Box provides three main options:
- Retry - Selecting 'Retry' will re-execute the program step that caused the error. Often the error is caused by a condition, such as 'record busy' (when someone else is editing or has exclusive access to that record), or 'printer offline' (possibly when the printer is unplugged, off, the 'online' button not pressed, or other printer problems). Once the condition has been corrected, the program will proceed with its original process. Otherwise, the same error message will be displayed.
- Info - Selecting 'Info' will open a window containing important information related to the error and the process that was attempted. The information displayed will include the error number, program name, line number, key, file name, and file description.
- End - Selecting 'End' will force the program to terminate its processes and exit the menu screen.
